Media Blasting

We have a media blasting solution in our shop for any application. Whether the project calls for large-format sandblasting or delicate glass beading, we are equipped to handle it. Typically our media blasting methods are used as surface preparation for our finishing processes such as powdercoat or high-temperature ceramic coating, but we are happy to blast any piece that we can accommodate.

Please note that any piece we sandblast must be heated up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit prior to sandblasting in order to prevent old finishes, oils or greases from the workpiece from contaminating our blast media. This means that assembled components must be taken apart prior to blasting in order to prevent parts from being destroyed.
